Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, using your breath.
With this course you will work on you stamina, flexibility and endurance. If you like creativity this is your practice, no two classes are a like!
The variable nature of this practice helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.
You will receive 8 classes of 75 minutes, practice when you want as much as you like!
